You must be at least 18 years old to use True Signal. By using it, you confirm that you are 18 or older and able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

True Signal helps two people who already know each other answer thoughtful questions together, with answers revealed only after both respond. It does not match you with strangers and does not provide any verdict, score, or professional advice (including relationship, legal, medical, or mental-health advice). It is a tool for reflection and conversation, not a substitute for professional help.

You agree not to:

• use the app to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm anyone;
• invite anyone into a thread without their knowledge, or impersonate someone;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share;
• attempt to access accounts, threads, or data that are not yours;
• probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.

You keep ownership of the content you create (answers, reflections, notes, feedback). You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the app for you and the person in your thread. We do not use your private content for advertising, and we do not sell it. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. By using the app you also agree to that policy.

If you believe content on True Signal infringes your copyright, contact us at support@mytruesignalapp.com with the details required by the DMCA (identification of the work, the material, your contact information, and the required statements). We respond to valid notices and may remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

You may stop using True Signal and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular outcome in your relationships.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Signal will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will post the new version here and update the date above; continued use after changes means you accept them.
